REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Back :
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the thank you card.
Then, notify bandodentelle@gmail.com that you would like to return your order and you will receive the return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item.
Your refund is then processed and your bank card will be automatically credited within 8 days.
No refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account , it may take some time for your refund to appear. Then contact your bank, it may take some time for it to process a refund .

Sending :
To return your product, please inform bandodentelle@gmail.com that you would like to return your order and you will receive the return address.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your returned product may vary.
Additionally, if you are shipping an item over $45, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
